The sea has always shaped life in The Hague. This week, discover a new side of the ocean. Organised by Bluespring on behalf of the Municipality of The Hague, Blue Week brings the city alive alongside the international ICOE OEE 2026 conference.

One sea, two countries, five technologies

On Tuesday 6 October, the Offshore For Sure partnership will bring together technology developers, researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers for a dedicated session at ICOE-OEE 2026. During Blue Week, The Hague also hosts the International Conference on Ocean Energy & Ocean Energy Europe (ICOE OEE 2026) from 5–7 October. The conference brings together the international ocean energy community for three days of knowledge sharing, innovation and networking.
