About the event
The next International WaTERS workshop will take place on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 October 2026 in The Hague, The Netherlands, ahead of ICOE-OEE 2026.
The workshop will bring together members of the International WaTERS network — a global community of wave and tidal energy test centres — to exchange updates, share experiences, discuss common challenges, and explore opportunities for further collaboration.
Hosted in collaboration with Campus@Sea, as part of the Offshore Proof project, the meeting will provide a valuable platform for test centres, researchers, industry representatives, and partners to connect, align priorities, and strengthen international cooperation in marine energy innovation.
Participants will discuss amongst others:
Discuss progress and developments across the sector,
Share updates on challenges, and lessons learned from operating test facilities
